Open Street Map / Từng bước học OpenStreetMap

OpenStreetMap – OSM – là một công cụ để tạo ra và chia sẻ thông tin bản đồ. Mọi người đều có thể đóng góp vào OSM, và mỗi ngày có hàng nghìn người tham dự vào dự án này. Mọi người vẽ các bản đồ trên máy tính thay vì trên giấy, nhưng chúng ta sẽ thấy trong hướng dẫn này, vẽ bản đồ trên máy tính không khác nhiều lắm so với vẽ bản đồ trên giấy. Chúng ta vẫn vẽ đường để thể hiện đường phố, cánh đồng và những thứ khác, đồng thời thể hiện trường học và bệnh viện bằng các biểu tượng. Điều quan trọng là các bản đồ OSM được lưu trữ trên mạng internet và mọi người đều có thể sử dụng nó bất cứ lúc nào, hoàn toàn miễn phí.

KẾ HOẠCH ĐÀO TẠO DID / DID Training

Theo đầu ra 5 trong Kế hoạch hoạt động 2017 của dự án FORMIS II, kết quả chương trình đào tạo cho Phòng DID là một trong những kết quả quan trọng để đảm bảo tính bền vững cho hệ thống FORMIS. Trong năm 2017, mục tiêu của dự án là hỗ trợ nâng cao năng lực cho đội ngũ cán bộ phòng DID để đơn vị này sẽ có khả năng duy trì toàn bộ hệ thống FORMIS. Trong năm 2017, mục tiêu sẽ là nâng cao năng lực tối đa cho cán bộ phòng DID để có thể duy trì được toàn bộ hệ thống FORMIS, qua đó tìm ra giải pháp bền vững để quản lý hạ tầng CNTT của hệ thống FORMIS.

Chương trình đào tạo cho phòng DID sẽ cung cấp cho học viên những nội dung sau đây:

- Kiến thức và kỹ năng vận hành, duy trì và sao lưu hệ thống FORMIS .

- Nâng cao năng lực xây dựng, cài đặt và duy trì hệ thống FORMIS và các giải pháp kỹ thuật.

- Kỹ năng kỹ thuật về tích hợp dữ liệu, quản trị mạng và các ứng dụng của dự án FORMIS II

- Nắm bắt và duy trì kiến trúc của hệ thống FORMIS.

Under result 5 of annual work plan 2017, this training DID program result is vital for the sustainability of FORMIS system. In 2017 the target is to build capacity in DID as much as possible to maintain the whole FORMIS system. A sustainable solution to manage the FORMIS IT infrastructure will be found out.

DID training program provides learners:

- Knowledge and skills to operate, maintain and backup FORMIS systems;

- Capacities of developing, installing and maintaining FORMIS systems and technical solutions;

- Technical skills in Data Integration, Network administration and Applications of FORMIS II project

- Understand and maintain the architecture of FORMIS systems

FRMS APPLICATION AND FORMIS TRAINING MANAGEMENT TRAINING

The overall objective of the training is relating to the central level staff capacity to maintain FORMIS in the future, support FORMIS exit strategy and support the handing over the FORMIS training responsibility to different stakeholders.

Objectives:

The main objectives are to improve the FPD central administration, DID, Universities and Regional sub-FPD:

1)     Capacity and commitment to manage Forest Resource Monitoring Process, Forest Resource Monitoring System and the related human capacity building and technical assistance at all administration levels.

2)     Understanding of FORMIS training management and FORMIS System

3)     Maintenance and update of FORMIS e-learning system

4)     Engagement to coming FORMIS training activities

Expected results

-   Participants understand the forest monitoring process and the main functions of the FRMS system including the work with FRMS desktop and web applications.

-   Participants understand the related training and technical assistance needs of FRMS and FORMIS at all administration levels.

-   Participants know how FRMS is supporting the data quality improvement, data standardisation and maintenance of the Forest Resource Database

-   Participants have capacity to take over the responsibility of the FRMS training management and they are familiar of FORMIS training process and management.

-   Participants are familiar with the FORMIS e-learning system and how to use it in different FORMIS related training (maintenance and updating)
